This is first issue of English-Russian and Russian-English dictionary of abbreviations on Reliability and Quality Control. The dictionary comtains more than 12 000 abbreviations and acronims, about 15 000 abbreviation expansions in English and about 22 000 translations to Russian.
Dictioary contains abbreviations and acronims on the theory of reliability, statistical methods of quality control, practice of providing for reliability and quality of manufactured goods, various problems of use and repair of equipment, scientific organization of production, network planning, technical diagnostics, theory of planning of experiments, methods of optimal programming, theory of large-scale service, theory of management of resources, and some sections of mathematical statistics, combinatorial analysis, and theory of probability.
Current version of the dictionary program Polyglossum allows to one-step search through all the installed dictionaries. It is easy to search for cross-references and backward translations through all the dictionaries. So, it is good idea to use this Automotive Dictionary together with some more Polyglossum dictionaries, such as common lexic dictionaries, technical dictionaries etc.
