Multilingual Dictionary of Light Industry contains terms, the major part of which refers to the domain of textile industry such as artificial fiber, cotton weaving, flax weaving, silk weaving, woolen weaving, etc, to the domain of food industry such as soysauce, oil and fat, confectionary, etc and to the domain of daily necessities industry such as plastic products, ironware, woodenware, electric appliances, etc and, the rest is supplemented by the terms related to the manufacturing and use such as footware, cosmetics, perfume, pulp and paper manufacturing, etc and by the terms of basic and adjacent sciences.

The dictionary is designed for interpreters, scientists, technicians, experts and students of the domain of light industry as well as to the experts of the related fields.

Current version of the Polyglossum program allows one-step search through all the installed dictionaries. It is easy to search for cross-references and backward translations through all the dictionaries.

It is possible to search terms in Chinese, Japanese, Korean using both original alpabets and transliteration.
