Polyglossum dictionaries.

1. How to order.

HOT! : you can try Polyglossum program BEFORE to order full versions of dictionaries. Latest version of program and demo-versions of dictionaries for Polyglossum available on our Download page

To order dictionaries, visit "shopwindows" (menu on top of this page) and mark dictionaries of your interest. Selected dictionaries will appear in "shopping cart". Checking and unchecking checkboxes near titles of dictionaries you change content of your "shopping cart".

Then jump to shopping cart page and select method of delivery. Then it is possible to pay for order using one of available payment methods.

2. How to pay for order.

• Online payment by VISA or MC/EC cards via "Assist" payment service or by e-valutes (WebMoney, PayCash)
  "Assist" is well known russian online payment system. Their official homepage is www.assist.ru

• Online payment via Moneybookers - International online payment service.
  Moneybookers provide many ways of payments including but not limited to bank transfer (locally, within your country), mobile phone payments etc.

3. Delivery options.

• Delivery via Internet - currently this is main method of delivery of our dictionaries. Delivery via Internet is free ad fast.

  Delivery via Internet means that program and files of dictionaries are downloadable. In order to install full versions of dictionaries also key files (activation keys) required. We deliver key files via email directly to users of dictionaries.

  After your order payed, you will receive message with attached key files from support team of ETS. Message will also contain installation instructions and links to all required files (where to download from).

  Delivery via Internet will be performed by our operator within 1 business day after the transaction completed.

• Delivery on CD-ROM via airmail

  Cost of delivery on CD-ROM is independent on number of dictionaries. All ordered dictionaries delivered in one CD-ROM.

  CD-ROM contains:

  • Latest versions of programs, full set of dictionary files, demo-versions - all files which can be downoaded from our servers. About 400Mb.
  • Installation program.

  If you already have such CD-ROM and order additional dictionaries, you need not order CD-ROM again. You already have program and dictionary files. So order additional dictionaries with "delivery via Internet" option. You will receive activation key files to these dictionaries by email and will install these from the same CD-ROM.

4. Technical support.

Technical support available via email. Languages: English or Russian.

If you lost some files required to install/reinstall dictionaries, technical support always can send you required files again (including key files).

• Please describe troubles with details. Please remember that our engineers don't see files in your computer.
